I just find it odd that the wording doesn't explicitly say CR/Insto placement etc. I went through all the Trading Halts for funding from 2016 to now and they all explicitly define is what is happening for funding. This ann is missing the spooky keywords. I'm only a small fish in this game but I have enjoyed this quarters wild ride so far, I did take some cream at around 3.10 to buy a tesla m3 but will hold the rest until divvies hopefully.
