found another stock RCR, just did CR recernly, also issued >100% total SOI with s/holder approval required, but they have no choice as they are out of money soon.
for LRV, CR is not necessary at the moment, so maybe you are right the extra fund is to get this mine up and running, and it should be included in the announcement to get the s/holder approval on the CR, imo.
