Damned if you do damned if you don't. if no T/H and news leaks people will ask why a T/H wasn't called.

So IMV it's a T/H to maintain continuous disclosure obligations is actually the right corporate governance for a small cap - Avoid ASX please explains, and news leaks trading.

On the other hand, and as indicated - for small caps it does a slightly better job of advertisement/promotion.

Either way, i can't see too many negatives. Best to be on the safer side governance wise, especially if IGO is a 19% holder - don't exactly want to be seen as cowboys. Plus gives them a couple days to formulate the announcement based on whatever news this relates to.

As mentioned maybe EM downhole, further IGO commitments - or maybe hole 2 visuals don't recall seeing that - but maybe i missed it.
