Finally.
Whatever the outcome (buy price etc) and immediate share price reaction, holders are already tied to it.
So I'm glad to be getting this announcement out of the way finally.
Hopefully we can get back to having some information on how to assess our medium term future and valuation from here (eg. a thermal or a mixed coal company).
FWIW - I'm glad to be a coal company willing to add more coal assets, hopefully at a decent price. Though I'm cautious about debt, we're still in a cyclical sector even if it's different this time.
