My view - it is a good purchase but there will be Short Term pain for SH - don’t expect high dividends until they get it paid off - they have not handled the purchase well - the BB has robbed them of valuable cash and a Capital Raise would make them look stupid - and getting off side with their major SH’s mean they are not going to help out, plus banks do not like coal companies so they will use all available cash they have - could not have made a bigger mess of this purchase had they tried
