Brilliantly structured by WHC to stage the actual consideration (US$3.2B rather than US$4.1B) over three years in two stages.
Completion still 8 months away - so good cash build till then.
So funding and balance sheet gets a big tick given the second stage payments will be self funding.
Time will tell on price, but from a quick scan of the just released WHC investor pack I am comfortable.
