Only triggered if actual revenue is above certain levels (see page 5 of investor pack). These potential annual payments to BHP are capped (annually at 350M, in aggregate at 900M).
So as a WHC shareholder we want these payments triggered - as we will be doing much better than BHP will
It is a price participation arrangement, short team (capped ) sharing of price upside.
