We can only assume, guess and speculate until presented with facts. PH is in charge, he does what he thinks is best for the companies and himself, we have to accept it or sell out. And as selling out right now wouldn't be the smartest thing to do there is no other option then to go with the ( upwards? ) flow.
Maybe we get " enlightened " by Monday, often those anns are held off just by 1 trading day.
