2nd page of the AVR announcement states a capital raising. It's standard practice for an asx listed company to halt shares for 2 days to start and finalise the institutional component of a raise. The term sheet (where this info was sourced from) is sent to investors from the key broker (Evolution) and the media / contacts used this today. Institutions have until tomorrow lunch to provide bids and then the company will announce results Wed morning. Some companies may turn this process around in a day but typically 2 days.
