There are reports that investor L1 Capital is supporting Anteris Technologies by seeking to squeeze $40 million from like - minded investors in an equity raise to fund the first early feasibility studies needed to earn FDA approval in the US.
It's suggested the asking price is $20.00 per share. If that's correct the capital raise should not rattle the current share price too much.
