    Baloney.

You say multiple times that the CR was sufficient and "AZS is fully funded for Andover to FID" therefore "Creasy doesn't have to contribute one cent".

    You made that up.

The CR only gets us drilling this year and next, and Scoping Study Q4 2024. No future drilling exploration and resource, updated MRE's, PFS, DFS, FID etc etc etc.

So Creasy wants to sell his 40% now (and eliminate his free ride to FID) so he can pay +50 cents in the dollar for all of those costs, CR's going forward. That's hilarious.

But there's more to your twisted logic, Creasy has all the info about how great the project is, but he wants to sell now, and cheap, to "lower his CGT bill". That's hilarious. He chrystalises the gain now, and simply substitutes the AZS shares as the asset/cost base going forward. And he needs the cash now, lol.

Further, if AZS was buying Creasy's 40% the announcement would have said TH for a "material acquisition". Creasy's change in control would have been merely consequential.

This is a takeover. The only questions are who, how and how much, and does the Board AKA Creasy recommend.

    GLTAH!
