I am all for conditional offer. That way it locks SQM-AZS in and SQM gets what they want and also the assurances of suitable MRE , whilst shareholders don't feel they have been badly shortchanged.

They could put bid offer at different MRE levels or milestones - but i doubt this will happen as SQM's moves is to buy this for $3.50 as aposterior suggested and said holders should roll over to accept as he makes it sound like SQM is doing us a favour.
