If really a TO, think it will be either VERY good, ie over 5, possibly quite over if there is someone else than SQM involved, or may be another lowball ie 2.80 to 3.5 that will never get to the end just to make the retail guys bail (what better timing to do that than after the LTR story). I'm in a very good position to know that there are some people out there that want retail to bail. Been forbidden buying more of the stock by my Bank/broker since July, which also happens to be the broker with by far the highest volume of trading over the past 4 months ! Beware the possible manipulation here.... Hope I'm wrong.
