IMO, the fact that we've started the week in a trading halt implies not only that an offer has been received, but that it is worthy of consideration.
Presumably the offer was received late Friday and the board has already had a couple of days to consider it. If the offer was only around the $3 mark then we could start the week with an announcement of an offer which was briefly considered and then rejected. No trading halt required.
I suspect we're looking at something more serious. More like the bid LTR received that resulted in their share price doubling in a short space of time.
