I'm new here. Who owns those 42M options? Do they have deep pockets, or does the normal "sell shares to finance options" thing apply here? Admittedly we're in a trading halt, and things have been quiet here lately, but if they took up every buyer down to 2.4c, it would only net them $77K. To finance 42M at 2.4c, they need $1M. If they don't have deep pockets, then they won't be exercising those options.
