The fact they need a CR now adds significant weight to my prediction about no material deals with a new telco this CY.
It also adds weight to my point that NOR have always been under-capitalised and this effects how quickly they can get products to market for commercialisation. I gave an example of how quickly OpenAi can invest decades of development time v. NOR.
This is the Q NOR usually receives their R&D rebate which goes straight out the back-door to repay the loan.
A placement to those not called Tarrant would give the Doc extra wriggle room to convert oppies. The Doc's $300k loan + interest is also due 31/12/23. Does the Doc want his money back?
