They would have announced the takeover if there were a takeover in the wings.
Glad I sold out in recent months. Delisting of microcaps often ends up in tears for shareholders, who ordinarily assume a listed stock stays listed, unless there's some corporate action. A liquid, public market evaporates for the company, locking shareholders in to a hard-to-sell shareholding.
