Wonder if shareholders will be given any information today on the proposed acquisition and it's financing. As yet we have been told nothing whatsoever from the company. Given we will likely become minority holders in a very different company and the value of our stock could well reduce even further due to the capital required to work these projects, I find it contemptuous of the company to surprise shareholders with this and simply tell us nothing. Are they desperately trying to organise funds? Is this acquisition in the interests of shareholders?? what's so wrong with our own 'Spodumene Suite' of tenements that we need to acquire new projects suddenly while we are priced so low by the market. An update at least would be respectful to the shareholders and we would at least understand the position and intentions of the company we have invested in.
