not saying it will go to 2c, just saying based on what we know about the takeover details
if you buy DG shares then when it converts to OM1 it will only cost you around A$0.02, so ins't that a bargain?

in fact, before Dixie gold announced the takeover news it was at C$0.095 and base on that price for every 1 DG share you will make A$0.025 profit without doing anything and you will receive ~6.4OM1 shares.
