Surely it has to be voted on ? As it comprises a majority of our registry ?
How can it be allowed then, for any company to reverse takeover without shareholder approval ?
What if the assets were not so fertile ? or just crap. Shareholders surely would get a say ?
While these assets (lithium, not the gold) look ok for mine. You have to think in some cases it might not be so, and shareholders get shafted. At least they should get a say in it.
It is a major re-direction for this company. Potentially a good one. But i dont like the 600% premium to DG at our expense to merely value the assets at the top side of what ASX market might value them, when they were treated like trash on the TSX.
When there are so many lithium specs, only those with fertile land would seem to attract the butter to the bread.
Which is why i dont mind it so much.
