    This seems like a terrible deal for om1 shareholders

    To have to pay 3mil Canadian (which is higher than our current mcap) and to also get diluted by 300%…..

    I am bracing for pain on Monday, if we don’t go into suspension while we beg for funding from the instos.

    Someone please correct me and give me some hope to this mess.
