    if the takeover is successful, then if you buy 1 DG share now cost you C$0.25 or (A$0.28)
    from what we know OM1 will issue Dixie Gold 166,666,667 OM1 shares and DG has SOI 25,737,188
    so roughly 1 DG share you can get 6.475 OM1 shares plus the cash consideration of C$3m that will be C$0.1165. or (A$0.13) per DG shares
    then after the takeover transaction the cost of 1 OM1 share is A$0.02.
