After some thought, this might be a huge move for OM1. I automatically thought they went for this cuz JB isn't turning up the goods. Maybe it's quite the opposite and have spod and grade to be announced that will increase the market cap and sp for a substantial CR. Just a theory.
otherwise GTT would have sorted funding, based on thsi aquisition. Im sure lots of funds would be keen to have a go at it with new mgt. Will be interesting who, but from my research DG CEO just didn't do much work on the ground. An ex lawyer that spent his time acquiring the projects than exploring and drilling. The projects are really really good.
hard to imagine they went for this knowing they have no way of raising for it without sinking the company. ASX won't approve in any case if that's the situation.
