that Barrick's case was thrown out as being unworthy of a judgement.

that both parties paid their own legal costs.

that the disputed amount ($120m) was Barrick's fiction, merely a gambit claim.

If it related to only part of DG then Barrick could buy the whole of DG for a fraction of the cost and time,

and immediately have their way with Red Lake . . . right ?

The evidence is that Red lake is just not worth Barrick's spare change. Mystery solved !

Another fiction is that "DIXIE GOLD INC. ANNOUNCES FRIENDLY-TAKEOVER BY OMNIA METALS GROUP LTD."

Yes, I'm sure that they’re friendly. But unless OM1 issues dilutionary shares, DG will be taking over OM1.

In order that OM1 maintains just 50% of the non-DG shares then 111m new Shares must be issued by OM1.

Existing SH will then be diluted by 100/17 (~6 times).

Just to keep them whole the revised MC would have to be 4m x 6 = AUD24m. Do you see that happening on issue ?

IMO OM1 should simply forget about DG, and stick to their drilling . . . Li at LdM.
