DG Shareholders value all DG Properties ( plus the dead-weight

management ) at about 10 CAD cents (MC about CAD3m).

It is not clear yet why Canadians consider DG to be close to worthless.

The fact that it is being promoted by a conga-line of disingenuous

johnny-come-lately promoters on HC is a flashing red-light.

It is apparent to me that none of the properties on offer can be vouched for

by DG management. There are no actual facts about their value that can be tested.

OM1 Management may well have discovered this too.

This is a very similar situation to the tainted TSXV: ULT "offering" to PNN.
