The information available states " Under the negotiated agreement, Omnia made binding terms to acquire 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Dixie Gold " Did OM1 management discover something after the fact of recently signing something binding ? With respect to Omnia Management, it seems they are very well versed in the mining industry and hard to believe they could make that type of mistake.
