Why'd they aquire a whole new company before assays or drills? From such a low MC that will massively dilute existing holders leverage to the projects they bought in for. This means they must have very low confidence in existing projects.

I wouldn't even mind that but for God sakes be up front with your holders don't string them along to be exit liquidity for your next raise.
