"Operating Strategy Update" is the key phrase, "Strategy" being the key word... not simply an Operations Update.

The timing is clearly to get ahead of the poor Quarterly we all know is coming, just like the TH before the June Qtrly and CR dropped 28th July. Interesting to see what the strategy is... new 'high-grade' mining plan that shrinks the mine life but makes it more profitable, selling ZIC not premium zircon, addiing another DMU +/- WCP expansion to increase operating margin??? Whatever, the price jump yesterday speaks of leaking some positive strategy in any case...
