If so, and this goes to all who are surprised or whinging, was a CR implausible? Particularly with the debt funding process incomplete.
The surprise for me is the bucket shop they are using for the raise. In the video presentation they pitch a long-term hold. But in their documentation they seem like they flip for pips.
