Definitely, if you're talking on the back of the 6 month readout. Definitely not, if on the back of the 12 month readout. The quarterly was always going to be a bad read given PAR had to make payments this quarter that were outstanding as of last quarter, so it artificially boosted the burn rate, triggering the need for a cap raise.
Any theory on who's selling out? Possibly the same instos that are buying in this capital raise?
