PGY have released this on their website this morning. It looks like Samsung C&T are taking up 20% of their project. The last stipulation suggests that they will have to pay PGY around $66M in cash for the 20%.
Also worth noting the $330M valuation from this transaction. Enormous deal for the sector especially partnering with Samsung C&T and not to mention off-take or clean ammonia which have strong margins
