partnering initiative into which it expects to enter in connection with the Mid West
Clean Energy Project (Potential Transaction). PGY requests a trading halt
immediately, pending an announcement regarding the Potential Transaction and is
required to ensure the Company’s shares are not trading on a misinformed basis.
