REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
The Directors of Northern Minerals Ltd (ASX code: NTU) (the Company) request an immediate trading halt
on the Company’s securities.
The Company requests the trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to the proposed deferral of the Company’s Annual General Meeting that was to be held on Thursday 30th November 2023.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 1 November 2023 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and there is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
