It takes time to organise a capital raise, the terms sheet, underwriters, liaising with major shareholders to gauge their support etc.

The timing just seems so off given the cash at hand and contracted revenue. Bearing in mind, Q1FY23 reported a relatively small negative $0.5M operating cashflow. What has changed then since the Q4FY23 4C for the board to press the capital raise button???

To make things worse, webinar has been delayed giving rise to more unfounded speculation. Usually, a capital raise is accompanied quickly by a webinar on the same day.

Something seems off and there are some serious explaining required...
