Share price falls aside this is not a very dilutive cap raise by any normal definition of the phrase. But the market is not really believing this is the last one, and given the lumpiness of revenue, balance sheet, and cash requirements evident in the last few quarters it's not a difficult argument to make. On the call it sounded like they are relying on a strong second half to get them over the line as they have said this quarter will also be reasonably weak.
If you want gold standard in management then why on earth are you still holding shares?
