Yes but it would have been more clever to do it around 20c than wait below 10c. This has all the characteristics of allowing their insto mates to get involved cheaply and make a quick profit on any due results. It happens all the time in the exploration space. Companies should be looking after loyal retail holders and raising at the peak or after positive results. Instead many companies look after their corporate buddies, allow the share price to depreciate, organise a cheap price for a raise, so the corporate buddies can then sell all their new shares for a premium on any uptrend while retail get screwed over. I thought Caruso was going to make a nice change from this, especially after the cheap raise when he first took over. What a shame!
