I guess it is the devil if you do or don’t at the moment. We all knew they needed cash so they could be argued to be taking benefit of the recent increase share price. They were not to know that today would have another run. But when they are canvassing for a book build it will certainly make it easier to not give a discount or options as a sweetener as all can expect that this will go north of 4 cents post capital raise. It was held back with no cash and will do a catch up on the GRE run.
so having cash is better than no cash and easier to raise cash when the market is hot around your prospects
