REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT UNDER ASX LISTING RULE 17.1
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Inca Minerals Limited (ASX: ICG) requests an immediate
voluntary trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a
capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of
normal trading on Thursday, 9 November 2023 or when the anticipated announcement is
released to the market. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should
not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading
halt.
