- the total volume over last 5 trading days Oct 31 Nov 1 - 6 including Chi-X is how many?
say 2m shares max = way under 1/4 of 1% of company.
Using this volume to issue shares to raise say $1m equates to over 100m new shares , which would be out of step with the 5 day VWAP total
$1m will not go very fare towards the exploration wish list
Hopefully there is more to it than just a simple CR - a Peru JV would be nice
