It can’t be price sensitive to the other parties involved as assume a notice would have been posted on ASX, alternatively it could be with an unlisted or foreign entity not requiring a notice from that party to ASX… or the deal could be with a very a large listed ASX entity to the extent they are so large the announcement is not material enough to shift the share price … sorry I’m not much help in this elimination game. Fingers crossed for something to get us back to double digits by Christmas without siphoning our bank accounts with a cap raise
