It can’t be price sensitive to the other parties involved as assume a notice would have been posted on ASX, alternatively it could be with an unlisted or foreign entity not requiring a notice from that party to ASX… or the deal could be with a very a large listed ASX entity to the extent they are so large the announcement is not material enough to shift the share price …
