Previous June 22 SPP resulted in “remaining Shortfall Offer balance of approximately 34,392,935 shares” which would have raised an extra $5.5m at 16c. I would imagine 16c is an appropriate (18.5% to 5-day VWAP) premium to a strategic investor this time round if they fancy taking those up and a few more…
… there are currently 596,043,085 SOI so a 15% placement at 16c would raise $14m, or $19m for 20%. Which still represents a bargain basement Black Friday sale price Mrs CEOChair would be proud of.
