Very poorly timed. Seven weeks ago SP would have supported rights issue around .75 cents. Reduction in SP since then now implies issue around .50 cents. Equity raised versus dilution of holdings not in the best interests of retail shareholders. Also current SP is only 50% of highs set in June and July. I cancelled my buy order at 52 cents. I'm holding but disappointed with management. Capital Raisings generally put short term caps on SP. On the flip side, fully underwritten might put a floor under the rapidly deteriorating SP
