Bang on the money based on the announcement.
Impressive jump in valuation and also nice to see they could raise more than the current Market Cap, which probably goes to show that FND is very undervalued right now. Means we should clear any net debt we have on hand and end up with quite a bit of cash available for investment, before any option conversions at the start of next year. Definitely could be close to having more cash on hand than market cap at the current share price.
Would be great to know a bit more information about the IPO Timeline.
