$10mil fair MC "by your calculations"?
PIRAMAL paid $37.6mil for 16.7% of TSI.
FND will hold the balance of 83.3% of TSI which is 4.988 times bigger holdings of TSI compared to PIRAMAL's holdings (at IPO) and "your calculations" came up with $10mil for what's FND should be valued at?
