Shareholders need to understand no raise means voluntarily administration, so in that sense CR is a good thing, potential investors must be seeing some value that they are willing to invest....
Being a long-term holder I have gone through the pain but that's the nature of speculative business, selling at current price makes no sense at all, if one can should ride the downturn might be a good strategy. Yes, mgmt needs to deliver some wins and I think they will.... imo dyor
