I think it is disgraceful to be asking for more money without any management changes given the appalling outcomes here.
It's like a hostage situation: yep, you have given me $1 million. Unless you give me another $200k, you will never see your $1m again. Take it or leave it. And like all hostage situations that is never the end of it.
There ought to be changes to management to restore confidence. To not do this is to thumb one's nose at the convention when it comes to public company performance.
End of story.
