Probably money to be made for those who will participate in the raise, assuming the record date is in the past which I think it will be.
For instance, if you can buy $30K at 7.5, plus the option, an opportunity surely will exist to sell above 7.5 before the SPP end date.
O/seas institutions should make make up an intriguing revised Top 20.
I'll just sit back and watch it settle post conclusion of the SPP, as the option ex price and date will be of note as well.
