They essentially were saying they would hold out for a good deal for shareholders and in a very bullish Uranium market with U price hitting high $70s they panic and and got bent over for a measly 7.5 c, what a travesty.
Excellent deal for new shareholders but for us it is absolutely terrible no matter how we want to spin it. The CEO should resign after this fiasco.
