PENMF OTC in US on friday had 6m$ volume. It is 6 times more than usual average volume (900 000 shares daily).
Now Tradingwiev on OTC PEMNF shows 84m$ market cap.
PEN on ASX at trading halt has still 150m$ market cap.
Everything is set for 30% dillution.
Even Peninsula's site is broken
